Empowering Communities Through Compassionate Care and Education

SJ Health Awareness LLC is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating chronic illness while promoting holistic physical and mental health throughout our communities. Founded by a first responder with epidemiology and public health background, with lived experience in neurodivergence, we understand that healthcare journeys are deeply personal and often challenging.

Our mission is to bridge gaps in healthcare access and understanding by providing trusted, evidence-based resources on chronic illness management, vaccine information, and preventive care. We empower individuals to advocate for themselves through physician referrals, second opinion guidance, and comprehensive health education.

Through community health fairs, youth support initiatives including bookbag drives, and age-appropriate health education for children, we create accessible spaces where every person—regardless of background or ability—can access the information and resources they need to thrive.
